Salmon sandwich
We love this healthier alternative to the classic handheld sandwich. Here’s why we chose salmon as the main protein source:
Rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Salmon is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, which are often low in a standard Nort europe diet. These fatty acids are important because they can help reduce inflammation and support heart and brain health.
High in Vitamin D: About one-third europeans don’t get enough vitamin D, so consuming foods rich in vitamin D, like salmon, or taking supplements is essential! Vitamin D is necessary for maintaining bone health and supporting the immune system.
Great Source of Protein: Not only does it help increase satiety, but salmon also provides all the essential amino acids needed for muscle growth and repair, making it an excellent protein choice for pre- and post-workout meals.
Give these salmon burgers a try—we’re sure you’ll love them as much as we do!
